• Collection of trichomes: Producers separate the resin glands from cured flower or trim.

• Refinement: Collected trichomes are sifted and graded by mesh size or filtered to remove plant debris and create cleaner grades. Higher-grade material contains a greater proportion of intact trichome heads and fewer plant fragments.
